So disappointed. A number of customers have experienced very significant theft of wine by a former employee. We were sold on the security and care given to our wine only to find out that’s not the case. What’s even worse is as of now, Vinum is not standing behind customers to make restitution. Very disappointed to pay for a high end service and find out it’s not
Love their wine tastings. They just started offering shipping via cooled transportation. Excellent option if you need climate-controlled wine storage. Easy parking on the street.
When one of my wine refrigerators at home stopped working, V55 was able to get us in within days. Now, we store several hundred bottles of wine here. The facility is very very secure. Temperature and humidity are kept under very tight tolerances and the staff there are amazing. If you're a true oenophile, you'll need V55 in your life.
I moved to Arizona from Napa California and wanted to find a wine community here. I found it in Vinum 55 - in their services and people.
