Extremely poor customer service. While trying to work with Hocking Hills Banking Center since June 10th 2020 for a loan NOT once would anyone call me to tell me anything! I would try to call and call and call. Each time I would call I was only told the same thing as the time before or that they couldn’t tell me anything. When something would come up that they needed to talk to me about they would not call me they would wait for me to call them.
