Sales experience is excellent, I was drawn in and really wish I had read the negative reviews. I ordered a sofa on 5th April which arrived damaged on 5th July. This was seen by the delivery driver, who took photos, but refused to take the sofa back. I went straight to the store and showed them, and also sent all photos by email. Initially, I was refused a return on the basis this was 'bespoke' (it wasn't made to my exact measurements or design so it was actually a factory design). I bought a Leopard bolster cushion on 11th April - this was damaged when it was delivered. I contacted the company the following day and agreed to a replacement and they said I could keep the original, the fabric wasn't in stock so I was made aware there would be a wait. I contacted them again in July to chase this up. The cushion hadn't even been ordered and when it was, it was the wrong cushion.
