Purchased a chest of drawers with free delivery clearly stated. Seller then declared that to be false. I sent her screen shots proving this and of the emailed purchase confirmation showing the free delivery - even scheduled! She said I’d have to pay the courier when it came - £70! Bare-faced cheating. I demanded an immediate refund. Would not recommend although the furniture looked lovely.
Furniture was well described and in good order, small problem on collection but sorted out fairly quickly, she also took it off sale for us before payment went through, so well done 👏. Would definitely use her again.

Sara and the rest of her team were fantastic, the furniture is great, just what I was looking for, and better than I expected. There were a few repairs needed, and Sara made sure these were done before delivering everything to my home. Friendly, efficient service, good value for money and I plan to be a repeat customer.
