Sydney went out of her way to help us get the information we needed and steer us in the right direction to make sure we are going to get the best care possible for my mom even if it doesn't mean mom will be able to reside at Independence Village of Ankeny.
We have just left after saying goodbye to one of the most kind, patient, and loving women. PHANICE has been taking care of my mom in memory care and my dad in assisted living. Not only was Phanice loving and kind in every single interaction with my parents, she took care of me as well. She always listened and would check in on family all of the time. An absolute blessing for my mom! My mom recently stayed at Independence Village of Ankeny for two months, and we could not be happier with our experience. Today, we had the pleasure of participating in their Kings and Queens celebration by providing a fun photo booth. All the royalty received printed photos to remember the special day.
