I just started helping Rick out with the repairs recently as a part timer. Being a seasoned wrencher, I am very impressed with Rick’s personal wrenching skills and also his determination to complete repairs properly and in a timely fashion. Rick goes out of his way to make sure the service department has every tool that is required to get these repairs done correctly. Great Customer service well above average!!!
My name is Ralph Crone. I called the shop last night at 6:20 PM. ( I was riding my 2020 Schwinn 125th anniversary Stingray just prior to that and my back tire went flat. I tried to pump it back up but it wouldn't hold air. I found that Vintage Cycle was still open until 7 PM. I called explained mynsituation to owner Rick who answered the phone.
