This was for a new burner plate to be replaced. Great job. There are a few issues that need to be addressed. First the furniture needs replaced in main entrance room. It is go dirty that cleaning it couldn't possibly be done Also the game room on 5th floor needs chairs fixed and slider pads put underneath the legs. Curious about why two TV's were put in there as the carpeting floors need replaced. Dogs should go back to when Vintage first opened and be in a carriage and also a pound size. I live right next to garbage room which is a disgrace constantly. I have lived here over 13 years by this eyesore. I have to go out and sweep the carpet by my door almost everyday due to particles that people leave behind or debris coming from the garbage room coming back out in front of my door, plus the garbage smell!
There are other concerns that are totally disregarded by management who the heck they may be.We have tried to show movies on Friday nights with no help from management. A few suggestions are welcomed by we will check into it. Never more to come. Lets have a meeting is a normal response and goes by the wind. Get rid of the rif Raf and let's make people feel happy it is not management controlled, it's owner controlled and they don't give a crap about only money.what needs fixed is ignored.
