Lindsey is very nice and accommodating she explained to me everything I feel I’m home with this place, looking forward that this place is my second home
I really appreciate the new thermostats, keeps my apartment at a constant temperature. I am extremely worried about the events that have taken place here for the last month or so. Seems the police are here quite often and residents are out buying mace to try to keep themselves safe. I believed I could count on the vintage being a safe place to live but mace attacks, blood in the stairway, fights in the social room are not very comforting to me
There are other concerns that are totally disregarded by management who the heck they may be.We have tried to show movies on Friday nights with no help from management. A few suggestions are welcomed by we will check into it. Never more to come. Lets have a meeting is a normal response and goes by the wind. Get rid of the rif Raf and let's make people feel happy it is not management controlled, it's owner controlled and they don't give a crap about only money.what needs fixed is ignored. In reading these reviews it seems that there are some good things about this place but it seems things could possibly be going downhill? I have seen this place many times and considered moving there. But now I'm reading these reviews and it seems like there is a huge turnover in management which is happening all over. Somebody also wrote a while back that they had some items stolen out of their car or their car was broken into. Can't validate that because don't know if that person's car was locked.
