Vinny initially installed blinds throughout our house over a decade ago. Luckily, we kept his number…. Needed to upgrade 6 motors for some blinds, and Vinny responded immediately. Just like his original work, he did a perfect job. Nice to see a craftsman that takes pride in his work, and who looks after his customers.
When I called to get information to have my electric blinds repaired, Shari did a great job asking the right questions regarding the issues including looking at the pictures I sent her to help diagnose the problem. She gave me a quote and scheduled the appt within a few days for Vinny to come and do the repair. Vinny did a great job and was able to do the repair onsite. I would highly recommend Vinny's Blinds; it was a first-class experience and the issue was resolved.
