Vinny blids is so great and so reliable. Vinny is on top of everything. I would have to say he's one of the best businessmen I've come across. He is a man of honor and does what he says "it's not just about sales. It's about keeping our customers happy". Had a little situation and they took care of it right away. The owner, Vinny, was our actual technician/repair personal! Very pleasant and he explained everything, that was very easy for me to understand. We also used his company for more extensive repair work last year throughout our whole house (we have a lot of different styles of shades) and again, excellent work and communication between the technician and office calls setting up each appointment.
