Very disappointed. Went to Vineyard store in the Grand Hyatt in Baha Mar Bahamas. Made a purchase, wanted to return it for a refund within an hour of buying it. No signs posted there is No Refunds, nor salesperson's acknowledgement either. Horrible customer service. 100% discourage to buy anything from any Vineyard Vines store!
Shopped at Vineyard Vines today. Looking for tee shirts. Short supply of size large tees. And the tees I wanted were 49.00. Too much for a tee shirt. And no size large in the red color. However I found a couple of other items that I bought which I simply love!
