Very disappointed. Went to Vineyard store in the Grand Hyatt in Baha Mar Bahamas. Made a purchase, wanted to return it for a refund within an hour of buying it. No signs posted there is No Refunds, nor salesperson's acknowledgement either. Horrible customer service. 100% discourage to buy anything from any Vineyard Vines store!
