I am posting as someone who does not live here but as someone who visits a resident every 1 to 2 weeks. First let me say that there are some outstanding housekeepers and caregivers here and my experience has been good with those. My concern is around the food. Real -life examples: one day nachos were on the menu, however the only choice/condiment for salsa or nacho-type sauce was ketsup! Really? This is a review for the Bothell location, but they are owned by the same company and people interested in moving their loved ones should know what kind of business they run. They ONLY care about their profit, not their residents. Mismanaged my moms medications twice (yes, its documented in email). Constant staff turnover, including the lead nurse. I can confirm after my contact with them they are unforgiving and hate veterans. Please select a different location for your loved ones. I don't understand their hateful criteria, but it does not matter in spite of their remarks--they hate service members and have no mercy upon them. Don't move here. Please find a different senior living facility that does not hate veterans.
Vineyard Park Mtlk Terr is where my mom resides. She has been there since 2018. The staff do their best, and adjusted quickly and well at the very outset if the COVID19 outbreak. I've not seen or heard of even one single resident coming down with this - and that is due to the careful, excellent work from top management (Jake) down to the essential laundry and housekeeping staff, and every staff member in between (I'm looking favorable at you, Habiba, Loren, and Paula!). Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
Follow up -The comment below from Keith, the Care Partners rep, referencing how "happy" my loved one is wrong. I don't know who he is describing, but that is no one I know. My loved one has repeatedly expressed concern to me yet is too fearful to approach management because for fear of being evicted. Additionally, I emailed Keith twice, once three weeks ago and also a week ago. No response. This company wants your money.
