This facility is beautiful, clean, and brand new. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Particularly, the nurse Letisha has been amazing at communication — she even hand delivered clothes to my father when he was in a temporary rehab facility nearby. Her care and communication is really what makes the place 5 stars for me. We did have some frustrating issues with the auto billing and had to change to writing a check each month. However as far as care and facilities go, I can’t say enough good things!
Letisha and Forrest have been so helpful! They truly care about us and must love what they do. They are incredible!
Latisha ,the director of nursing, has communicated very well with my grandparents and shown great respect, patience and kindness.
My mother moved to Vinyard Park in Covington at the end of January. The apartment is really nice. Marni was so helpful in reassuring me that the care and meals she would get were right for mom and she is doing well there. This is a nice place and everyone is very attentive to any care mom needs.
