Didn’t even get a chance to tour your facility because your director Christine was too busy in her office returning phone calls while we sat waiting over our appointment time in the lobby, but even if we did, we would not send our loved one there. Walked right in, no one was at front desk, which in my opinion is a big red flag as well as a safety issue for the residents. Have a very rude employee April Swain will not be back there
Poor management!!! A very beautiful facility, but ran poorly, instead of management coming out to floor and see what’s going on, the rely on other employees to tell them what’s going on, and that’s unreliable information, at the end of the day, the Residents are the ones that lose in that situation. I been in this business 17 years, and I learned that you must know the ppl working for you as much as you know the business, and listen to your residents!
Alto Johns Creek is a beautifully designed community with warm and welcoming staff!
