Vineyard Decorators is amazing, I love the products they carry and have visited them for years! Larissa at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find the pillows I had been searching for. They were out of stock when I first called, but she took the time to check again and let me know when they came back in. Thanks to her effort, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Amazing customer service and so thoughtful!
I had a great experience speaking with Larissa over the phone who was incredibly helpful in explaining how to properly tilt my outdoor umbrella. I was having trouble figuring it out, but she took the time to walk me through it clearly and patiently. Her explanation made everything so much easier to understand. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!

She was kind, professional, and really took the time to look up where I might be able to find what I needed. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine helpfulness these days—very much appreciated!
Ashley and the VD team were so amazing to work with from start to finish! My husband and I recently purchased a condo and we were worried about how we were going to lug furniture to the island. Ashley made the process a breeze! She nailed my style, stayed within budget and had the whole condo set up and furnished on closing day! I would use this team again and again!
