After looking at multiple assisted living options, my mom felt most at home at The Vineyard Assisted Living-and five months later, we continue to be so grateful for that choice. The location is ideal, and the community itself is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. The staff is consistently compassionate, attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. My mom moved into Vineyard at the end of December last year. Initially, she was reluctant as she really wanted to stay in her home. But the care she received was beyond measure and she began to feel right at home at Vineyard. The staff made every effort to address her needs; they were attentive and kind. Our family felt more at ease since we knew she was well cared for. Having a nurse (Monica who is amazing!) on staff full time also made a huge difference. The Vineyard is an exceptional community in which I feel very comfortable entrusting the care of my parent. The facilities are top notch, very nice and always clean. It is similar to living in a very nice resort setting. The staff of caregivers are just that...they care and they give compassion in their jobs. The family owned aspect of the community shines through in the management and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to check them out and compare them to other communities. You will find there is no comparison!
