Really frustrated with how we have been treated, like they are doing us a favor. I brought it up with them and their lack of response was very disappointing and said a lot about them. The tax group send out an email yesterday, to clients with a two page attachment. The attachment was an informational letter with reference to general policies. All policies making it easier and more convenient for the tax group office staff. No where in the attachment were any words like "we appreciate your business" or "we would like to make this process as easy for you, our customer, as possible" or "call us anytime with questions or suggestions".
