Really frustrated with how we have been treated, like they are doing us a favor. I brought it up with them and the response was very disappointing. I worked with them for five years and now I’m looking to go elsewhere sadly. Disappointing

The tax group send out an email yesterday, to clients with a two page attachment. The attachment was an informational letter with reference to general policies. All policies making it easier and more convenient for the tax group office staff. No where in the attachment were any words like "we appreciate your business" or "we would like to make this process as easy for you, our customer, as possible" or "call us anytime with questions or suggestions". We've filed taxes through Vinecrest for a number of years. They went above and beyond to help us navigate identity theft and ensure our tax return wasn't compromised with detailed instructions and additional work on their end. We highly recommend them.
