Most of my, and my family's many years experience with Vine House Health Centre is that this practice is generally slow, inefficient, and indifferent. Reception is often borderline rude. Don't expect anything more than the very minimum of service or support, and to find the general process of using and dealing with Vine House to be long-winded and difficult. It is a shame as the building is good and the centre as a whole could have so much potential.

Mum suffers with mental health and I helped her go to the doctors over a apt, to be told to sit down and told my mother that her medication she was taking has to be reduced due to too much of a mixture. We are new to the area, and the hospital in our old home gave her these medication because she needed them. How this doctor spoke to my mum was not to standards of a person who is ill never mind a person who has mental health issues. Lovely staff and they have a new triage system which has been working great. The building and facilities are also great.
Well this surgery has really really gone down hill. Didn't realize they could just take you off the system. But they did now I have no doctors thanks for that. They didn't even inform me. Also my nan who is dying has to try and go online to make an appointment cause they won't let you make one over the phone. Not even the elderly patients who have been with them for 30+ years.
