Mark Squire at Vinden Law Firm is horrendous to deal with. In my experience, he does not follow up. He never returns phone calls. He will actually not speak to you on the phone. All communication must be in writing and he rarely responds to emails. I was the co-executor of a Will with a sibling that I do not respect. This difficult situation was made so much worse by Mark Squire's poor communication and extreme rudeness whenever he had no option but to eventually respond to an enquiry. I have worked with Guy and Sheena Vinden on both professional and personal legal matters over the last 4 years and at all times found them to be pragmatic, efficient and always helpful. We had a few issues during the transition from the previous Atkinson Vinden partnership but once these were resolved we cannot fault the service we have received from the new team and excellent communication. Highly recommended.
