These people are absolutely Rude and hateful. They dont ever want to try to work with you within your budget. They always ask for more than what you can do which is why they have the account to begin with. If a person has the money that theyre asking for on the payment plan it would still be with the creditor. Absolutely horrible people! The only reason that a star is selected is because I have no choice. Our office is required to follow our client directives.
