Disgraceful customer service stay away from these guys.
I used them for the commercial dispute but I must tell ya that they know all the tricks to empty your wallet quicker then you think, VY will make 100% more money then the actual disputed amount. Been dealing with various law firms for my business but never come across any law firm like this who charges over and above with inflated invoices. Rest you can join my club later on after using VY and share your experience for others like me over here.
I gave them a case for $82K, we wont the case and I have got the bill of $78K. The lawyer lost the cheque for the payment from the loosing party and done some process to get the new cheque for the same amount and bill reached to more than $82K. Thinking why I have fought the case took all the risk etc for what? to make this people rich only? that explains my rating.
Would definitely NOT recommend. Went well over the cost agreement without having a discussion with me, and were quite arrogant when I raised this with them. They included someone else's disbursements on my invoice. They changed the solicitor looking after my matter without telling me until afterwards. Generally slow to respond and had to be repeatedly reminded to do their job. Didn't seem interested in my matter.
