Absolutely do not give this firm your business! My mother used them for a will years ago. Now that she has passed, I was trying to get a copy of the most recent will. However, I can't even tell if they are still in business. They never answer the phone (any of their numbers) and they do not return your call if you leave a message. I even went to the address for their South Boulder Road office and it does not appear to exist. If they are still practicing, they are extremely unprofessional and un-helpful.
We hired Tom Rodriguez to provide legal assistance to obtain a financial conservatorship to protect the assets of a sibling. It was a difficult, contentious situation and Tom’s expertise and calm approach made the process as easy as it could have been under the circumstances. I highly recommend him and his firm.
I worked with Tom Rodriguez to handle a very complicated and sticky trust situation. Since I live in Kansas and he in Colorado, I never had the opportunity to meet him in person but would highly recommend him!
