Great service—highly recommend them! I had an issue where I needed to file a non-resident return for one state because my paychecks were being incorrectly taxed. Joe handled the situation efficiently by filing the non-resident return for the incorrect state and a resident return for the correct state. Additionally, something unexpected came up last minute, and they resolved it quickly while keeping communication clear and professional throughout. Truly appreciate their support!
