Vince provided very good advice in getting a mortgage for our rental property that resulted in better monthly cash flow for my wife and I. The experience was smooth and we felt educated and confident with our decision to become real estate investors.
I recommend anyone seeking a VA loan seek out the services of any other VA lender. I give Mr Thomas 3 stars for expertise because he and his associates (Secure Financial Ctr) are extremely talented at omitting important information affecting a VA appraisal. Mr Thomas represents the largest wholesale mortgage company in the nation (UWM) who as quick as possible resold the VA mortgage to what is known as the worst servicer in the nation, Loancare servicing.
