If I could leave a higher rating, I absolutely would. Melanie at Vim and Vigor has been worth every appointment x10 with her. I have had physical therapy 3x in my life and an appointment with her is worth 6 appts with a physical therapist with longer affects. I went to her after a reoccurring work injury and the overseeing doctor couldn't do anything more to relieve my pain except through masking it with muscle relaxers,- until I asked for a medical massage.
