I am extremely disappointed with the care my father has received at this facility. Communication with family has been poor, concerns have not always been addressed promptly, and I have often felt that my father’s needs and comfort were not a priority. Watching a loved one struggle while feeling unheard has been incredibly stressful and heartbreaking.
