Good afternoon, I would like to send my deepest gratitude to the team at Villa Springs. During my mother’s stay, they have always reached out to me about her appointments and her overall well being. Tuesday I received a phone call from the team notifying me that my mother was in critical condition and made sure I made the correct decision for her health. There continues dedication and handwork shows how much they care for not only their patients but also the families.

I had to place my Mother here when she needed more assistance that I could not provide. I have no complaints with the care she received. I had a few issues with the aides not placing the call light on her gown, not that I thought she could use it but just in case, also had to address that her bedside table was across the room instead of next to her bed. The last issue was for safety. Mom was a fall risk and sometimes they did not put her bed to the lowest setting. Mom did not realize she could no longer walk and tired to get... read more
