My Grandmother stayed here but has since sadly passed away. Now my family can’t get a hold of anyone to explain why she was charged an additional month of rent after she had already passed??! The contract states that her agreement should have ended on the last day of November but yet she was charged in December. No family there yet, but the facility is beautiful, staff was friendly and even ran into someone we knew :)
I have no family there yet but I visited to get a good picture of what they have in terms of helping my father live with Alzheimer’s. The Executive Director gave me a personal tour and answered all my questions. The memory care residents seemed happy, contented, and were friendly to us as we walked around. I guess a fresh face was novel. It’s certainly more affordable than other places I’ve consulted. I hope to be able to get my father a placement there as soon as we my folks are financially able to do so.
