I will start with the good...safe community and the units also come with a washer dryer hook-up and the maintenance man is nice and always willing to help. Now for the bad...Bait and Switch. They have a clause in the lease that they can raise the rent mid lease. After moving my parents here in the spring, I guess you just have to pay it. There is only 1 maintenance staff member for the villas and the assisted living, which has resulted in the grounds not being kept up.
