Absolutely amazing staff. So polite. If you are looking for care definitely consider The Villas
I cannot recommend this place. Disorganized and unprofessional. After my Mom was there for just 3 weeks they gave us a discharge notice that she had to be out on Thanksgiving Day. Granted, my mom could be a handful with her anxiety and dementia issues but I feel a facility should be properly trained to handle those issues which are common in the elderly, obviously. There were many issues with the facility, for example, if you asked the caregivers questions like "How did my mother do overnight?", you would get minimal to no a... read more
