Alot of staff segregation
My father was at Villagia for a 2 week respite stay. He was apprehensive but all the staff were very welcoming and accomodating. He enjoyed the activities and loved the food. His room was nice and clean. The residents were lovely and he made some friends. This will be our first choice when it is time to make a permanent move. I was extremely impressed with Villagia.
Lots of really caring, compassionate, and helpful staff from the top of the management right through to housekeeping. The food is well prepared and well balanced, and the dining area itself is very nice. The building itself is a little old, and that lends itself to some hot hallways in the summer months, and low water pressure in the units. Also, the entry level units are a bit on the small side. All in all this wouldn't be a bad place to spend my golden years.
