After many visits and discussions at Provitalia Memory Care Unit at Villagia Ile Paton in Laval about their memory care facilities and the services they offer as advertised on their website we admitted my dad on May 16th, 2025 on the 2nd floor. After only 1 week we immediately noticed that my dad was a lot more agitated, confused and depressed, his behavioral change is due to the lack of interaction by the staff and nurses, at $ 7200/per month they barely no activities and mostly all patients are isolated in there room.
