During my recent visit, employees at front of desk were gossiping about other employees;not quietly. Then after my waxing, that I get routinely at another spa, I broke out in red bumps. My dematologist suggest that this can happen with the use of unsanitary or old wax. The owner was appauled at such a suggestion, and refused to resolve my complaint. So unprofessional ! Beautiful spa....looks can be deceiving.
