Loved the Woodhouse for a fun girls day. They set you up with robes and slippers and let you relax with hot tea or champagne in a quiet room before your services. Massage was wonderful! Will be back here.
I had a great experience at The Woodhouse Spa. Tessa, my masseuse, was great. She did a fabulous job and I would definitely go back!
I loved my recent trip to Woodhouse! I was scheduled for the Organic Discovery Facial, and it was an absolute treat! The heated bed was such a nice surprise, as was the warm towel foot cleanse and the scalp massage. My esthetician, was so sweet, and she had the best touch, so soothing! After the treatment, I really appreciated being able to stay in the Quiet Room as long as I wanted--with my feet up and a refreshing drink in hand! It was the perfect finish to a wonderful spa experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Woodhouse spa.. I went with two friends we celebrated our Birthdays there. Very nice and clean and extremely professional.
Beautiful spa. Had pedicures with my daughter-in-law and the technicians did a great job and were fun to chat with.
Beautiful spa in Maple Grove. They go the extra mile to make sure every detail is perfect. I enjoyed having a locker set up for me personally and the spa offers a relaxation lounge to enjoy as well with delicious hot tea and snacks. My massage was delightful and the whole team seemed friendly, professional and welcoming.
BIG WASTE of Time. Wish I could give this place 0 Stars! I invited several friends to get together for a spa treatment and lunch for my birthday. I called the spa 1 month in advance and spoke with the owner, Kayla. I told her what I was planning and asked if they could provide services for 5-6 people at the same time on June 8th. She told me they could handle 4 massage treatments, 1 nail treatment and 1 facial. In response to Cary R.'S review from the owner: I usually don't "challenge" guest's reviews, but I felt it necessary in this instance. Cary R's information is correct regarding making her appointment. She's also correct in noting the fact that she didn't make her appointment. The point she didn't make is that not only did she not make the appointment, but she didn't have the courtesy to call and cancel, or explain the situation - she just decided to "no-show, no-call". We always charge full service price in these situations.... read more
I made an appointment at The Woodhouse Spa New Orleans on my birthday using a gift card that my boyfriend got me. I am a surgical tech and was on call at the last minute the day of my appointment. When I made the appointment they asked for my credit card # and that If I didn't cancel within 24 hours I would be charged a service fee.I was called in and didn't make my birthday appointment.
