Since the beginning of the Patio Homes Development, Mission Hills apartments are not being maintained. Floorings and carpets buckling. No furnace filter changes, toilets run. It's very frustrating since the rent increases and services decrease.
The Google map app takes you to a mobile home park. Needs to be corrected. I texted Google, the directions were corrected!!!
I've been here 5 years, love the pool in the summer and weekly Tuesday coffee and donuts! There's a lot to do if you want like trips and dinners.
Visited a very dear friend there yesterday. Beautiful private apartment. Beautifully kept grounds. It is a Marrano development so you already know your 5- Stars. I believe you would be lucky to find an open apartment there.
