My mother has received care beyond all our expectations. All the staff are caring, and genuinely interested in their residents and they know everyone by name. Sabrina helped get my mom placed there and she is so personable and accessible, absolutely a wonderful human whom we are blessed to have met. Mona the DON was very helpful with my mom and Sara is so kind always. The activities are fun, and engaging and my mom always participates. The entire team at Jackson Creek Memory Care is beyond exceptional. Sabrina is the biggest advocate for all the residents and families. The staff is genuinely compassionate and patient. They know each resident by name and take time to understand their routines and preferences. I couldn't recommend this place enough for my loved ones.

New company took over and turned horrible. Got rid of all the good employees that were there for years who actually loved and cared about all the residents. Could never get answers when love one was there, and had to have appointments to even talk to anyone. Became a very cold facility with doors always shut. Once a beautiful welcoming facility turned cold.
