After months of searching for the right place for my loved one, Jackson Creek Memory Care truly feels like the perfect fit! I've visited several times and have completely fallen in love with the beautiful facility and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been incredibly kind and helpful—especially the Executive Director, Kya, whose compassion and professionalism stand out. I feel confident and at peace knowing my loved one will be in such caring hands.
The facility is not only secure but beautiful and peaceful. They really do care about their residents and treat them like family!
This whole facility is so run down and falling apart. They have contractors come out and spend thousands of dollars to fix things just to get by. Then they leave the contractors holding the bag of fixing things for them that they never intend on paying for repairs to begin with. Stay far away from this place. Any loved ones you have in this place get them out now!
