A fantastic store selling a huge range of bulk foods with a scoop and weigh setup. There a paper bags to use or you can bring your own containers and they will weigh them and subtract the weight from the final amount. I got rye flour, rye grains and kosher salt for a Norwegian Kneipp bread recipe. These ingredients are difficult to find at the regular supermarkets. Great place to get your supplies (everything from flours, grains, pastas,oils, nuts to cleaning products to chocolate). Bring your own containers. Very friendly service!
