One of the largest selections of crystals with great price points. The staff is not super friendly. Helpful when needed though. It is ALWAYS busy in there. I have been twice. Once around Halloween time and another time now in January. If you know pricing to compare elsewhere you know you're scoring awesome deals. A few items can be priced a bit high. Overall such a great supplier for crystals. I definitely feel inspired after being here twice.
This store definitely deserves a 10 star review! My mom and I had visited in march of 2023 and got a few pieces we loved! This January, my mom’s favorite piece was stolen on vacation. I reached out on social media and was helped and greeted by the kindest employee! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for after two weeks of looking!! I couldn’t be happier with the service and products! Thank you for your help and kindness 💓💓 I hope to visit Salem again soon and pay another visit!
Hours say it's closed at 7, just got there and they're mopping the floors at 6. Waste of time coming here because the hours are wrong.
