The team at Village Remedies has been absolutely exceptional. I started coming in at 38 weeks pregnant to help with insomnia, headaches, and hip pain, those all-too-common late pregnancy discomforts. Very nice sauna and ice plunge, and very cheap.

I have just started my Acupuncture journey at Village Remedies Balmain with the amazing Steph and I am already starting to see so much improvement from the few sessions I’ve done. Steph always communicates what she’s doing and why she’s doing and how it’s going to help with my issues going forward and she’s also provided me with at home exercises that compliment the treatments. I cannot recommend Steph and Village Remedies enough for your acupuncture journey!!!
