“I recently attended a holiday event at the community and was impressed with everything. The team interacts well with the residents, the management even participated in the Santa Clause event. The residents are happy and well cared for.” I would highly recommend this Assisted Living Community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Jenny Kennamer is absolutely wonderful. I have a very important and special friend living at Truewood, and he has been here since last October. The entire community is wonderful! Great team, dedicated personnel, very home like and clean. I highly recommend Truewood Charlotte Center for anyone needing Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care services.
My mom, Gloria, is a resident in the Garden memory care area since May 2025. The caregivers are wonderful. Irene and Alicia are a few of the special ones. I’d like to recognize Sara, the activities/recreation leader in the Garden for going above and beyond to comfort my mom and I during a tough time for her. SARAH frequently FaceTimes me so my mom could be eased of her fears. Thank you to the whole staff!! Cheryl Hetherington
