My father was coming from a really bad situation, and I was very hesitant after that bad experience. Brian from the facility made it absolutely seamless, and the customer service and care have been amazing, and we haven't even moved in yet. Thank you to the entire team for making this a great experience, and I hope my father really enjoys your location.
Very caring people. They truly go out of their way to help the residence and their families. Also, it is located in the center of most everything you need.
We are very thankful for the care my mom receives at Truewood, especially in the Memory Care unit. The staff has been wonderful—kind, attentive, and truly caring.
