I'm in Truewood on Arron St in PT Charlotte I came to them in desperate need they arranged for me to receive the care I needed I was in really bad shape I am not exaggerating how they really saved my life they do everything to help you become a person that can feel safe and cared for thank you is not enough
My dad has been here for two years. Overall he has enjoyed his experience. The food is decent and he enjoyed Bingo nights. He will be moving to be closer with family and I know he will miss some of the residents and staff who helped care for him.
I recently took my father on a tour of your facility. My dad loved the place mostly because of the young lady taking us around! Johnna made my dad feel as if this was the absolute right place for him! She made him feel so secure that the staff is wonderful, and very important that the food is good! The facility was very clean and I know my dad will feel safe there and was so comfortable with Johnna that he already was feeling like this is home!
