Unsure how the management can let family members of alert and oriented residents make extreme medical decisions, example being allowing a family member of an alert and oriented resident make them hospice and take their quality of life from them.
The place looks nice and clean, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We experienced repeated issues with communication and care. We were often unable to speak with or receive a call back from the head nurse regarding numerous clinical concerns, missed medications, and issues that were not reported to us. The facility also appeared to be short-staffed, and it often seemed as though the med techs were running the place rather than the appropriate nursing staff. This team is absolutely wonderful to work with. When referring residents for senior living needs, they collaborate professionally and compassionately. The community is welcoming for tours & they host amazing events. Thank you for all you do for our seniors & their families here in Charlotte Co.
The staff are good and my wife likes it there.
My father was coming from a really bad situation, and I was very hesitant after that bad experience. Brian from the facility made it absolutely seamless, and the customer service and care have been amazing, and we haven't even moved in yet. Thank you to the entire team for making this a great experience, and I hope my father really enjoys your location.
