Y'all, I LOVE my girl Nicole. If you call her and there's any possible way she can get what you need, she's ON IT. They do printing as well as photography.
My children’s school recently switched from Lifetouch to Village Photography and I cannot thank them enough!!!! I finally get photos that aren’t sterile and have so much life. Sadly, the proofs from my son didn’t make it home(he’s 7 and they somehow got lost in transition lol) so I called the company and spoke to Elaine. She was so helpful and helped me locate my son’s images. I ordered his items while on the phone with her and what should’ve taken 5-6 minutes lasted about 20. The photos were absolutely lovely, which is the sole reason I'm grudgingly giving one star instead of zero. However, the experience with Elaine was an absolute nightmare, and her customer service was appalling. She was exceptionally rude, displayed a complete lack of professional etiquette, and clearly has no concept of what decent manners are when dealing with paying clients. Hands down the best photography business in the biz. My kids always feel so comfortable with their photographers. The owners are so accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend their signs and apparels too! They did my business sign and parking sign, it was exactly what I needed. Definitely won’t be disappointed!!
