Leaving a single star because unfortunately I can’t leave zero. I received a phone call from the front office regarding the pictures we had ordered from our daughter’s daycare. Our daughter has a very noticeable cyst on one of her eyes. You can’t miss it and you definitely cannot mistake it for a light/flash glare. As others have stated, my Aunt called this company & decided not to use their services as they are extremely rude.....learn how to run a business & treat your customers. How sad
I was extremely disappointed with both the pricing structure and the customer service provided by Village Photography. The company came to my children's daycare for picture day and offered four pose options per order form. The cost was $80 for just four digital images. Each order form applied to only one child, and sibling photos required an entirely separate form. Customers were not allowed to mix and match images across forms. Great experience, very professional, and diligent.
They came to my child's daycare and if I want to purchase a single pose digital copy, they want 35 dollars. That's absolutely insane.
