I have an issue with the fact Bay Metro Buses are NO LONGER ALLOWED on the Property. It is very,very difficult using a Wheelchair,Walker or Crutches to catch the bus. Riders have to get out to the road. It is s very long walk thru ice covered DRIVEWAY to the Road. No Bench to sit on,no protection from the RAIN,SNOW,SLEET. THIS IS A 62+ Building. My Mom really enjoys living here. The Manager,Stephanie Cooper treats her very kindly,is very helpful if My Mom needs anything.The Maintenance Man,Dave Short,responds quickly to do repairs when called. Love that they provide the Tenants with Call Button. My Mom had to call once she fell late at night,The Response time was quick. Responders helped up ,checked her over. We are very Grateful she was abke to get help quickly.
