After our family doctor retired unexpectedly, we had no choice but to go here because our patient files were transferred to this clinic. The location is not well serviced by the TTC and will take over an hour to go to one way from where I live. My previous doctor's office was along the TTC line at least . They have been happy to announce new fees while withdrawing services. I had the BEST experience with Dr. Jayme Lustig - she literally saved my knee by providing amazing care through orthotics and the proper shoes!
I understand that with the pandemic, places have closed and things are more difficult. However, my last appointment was over 5 months ago and I am still waiting on my custom made shoes. After calling to follow up and receiving a passive-aggressive voicemail, I am too scared to call again. As an essential worker in need of shoes, I'm losing my patience
