Doyle has been very kind and helpful since I applied on a wait list to these apartments. When there was an opening, I was blown away! This is a nice, quiet complex with cozy apartments and friendly neighbors. Doyle and Chris really go above and beyond to make it a pleasant environment for everyone. The building is also right next to the Village Green Community center, and a short walk to downtown Kingston. This is truly a beautiful place with a wonderful manager. I am very grateful and lucky to live here! :)

I applied to Village Green without having seen the property. The Property Manger, Doyle, was very helpful and generous with his time answering many questions we had while we waited for an opening. When one became available, we were grateful but not sure about accepting a unit without having visited the property. I have lived at Village Green for about a year and 5 months. i feel very comfortable and at home here. Doyle has been very helpful. i have been a Manager for mobile home parks in the pass so i have an idea of the work it takes to be a good manager. when my dear husband died 5 months ago Doyle was there for me and so very helpful. i hope to stay here a long long time.

I have been here for 3 years and absolutely love it...our manager is fabulous...he is very appreciated by me...anything needing done, is done in a timely manner...the building is kept very clean and welcoming. With all the paperwork needed, I feel appreciative it's done very well and is very organized...he provides a very welcoming environment here.

Constant atmosphere of fear, harassment and intimidation. Manager has no concern for the residents and tries to compile as many violations against you to keep you under his thumb and make him look better. Apartments TINY, poor lighting in hallways to save money. I call this facility a mausoleum.
