Love living in Village Green. It’s paradise at an excellent price!!
Be careful when buying here! Many if not most electrical pedestals are out of code. Residents are responsible for the cost and inconvenience of obtaining an electrician and replacing underground lines which is extremely expensive. Furthermore, licensed electricians are not allowed to touch the pedestals since they have been out of compliance for many years.
