Be careful when buying here! Many if not most electrical pedestals are out of code. Residents are responsible for the cost and inconvenience of obtaining an electrician and replacing underground lines which is extremely expensive. Furthermore, licensed electricians are not allowed to touch the pedestals since they have been out of compliance for many years. Want the truth now? Widespread corruption, as well as residents who are tasked with stalking other residents. They have voted out their disgraced former leader. They can remove their old manager. Until you remove all corrupt employees from the old regime and all corrupt residents from the park, it doesn't matter.
