I did love this store until I ordered something from the owner last fall. The owner at that time was responsive, I paid in full for my order and was told it wouldn't be too long for it to be shipped/delivered to her store for pick up. After a few weeks, I inquired on delivery and was told: "all the factories are closed for the Holidays".
