The heart of any bike shop is its service department. Once you have a bicycle, you want to be confident it’s well cared for—and these guys do an outstanding job. Whether I need a small adjustment, a new part, or major work, the service team always treats it as a high priority. Doug and Steve are both highly qualified, knowledgeable mechanics. I know a fair amount about bicycles, but nowhere near as much as they do—so when I have questions, I know exactly where to go. Mike

Had a fantastic experience buying a bike there. The staff are kind, patient, well informed and are great at juggling multiple customers. I would definitely purchase there again and recommend them to anyone I know. The store has a good number of bikes and a good selection, particularly if you're into Trek bikes.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I get a tune-up there every year around this time. Now the bike looks brand new and shifts like a dream.
