Deuxième vélo acheté chez Pascal. Toujours un super bon service !!!
We can't say enough about the amazing service given by Pascal to repair our bikes after an unexpected mishap while we were on our way to ride P'tit Train du Nord. When the rack fell off our car in Hudson, in no time Pascal came to the rescue to check out the damage to the bikes. We were fortunate to get rentals while the bikes were fixed up with new wheels. Merci beaucoup!
Great family business with highest quality of service, highly recommend
Big shoutout to Pascal at Village Cycle. I’m travelling across Canada and got a flat. I took it to village and not only was the tire shot, but my wheel had a hole in it. Fortunately, Louis the mechanic spotted it and they had the exact same wheel in stock, so I was back in business in no time. Not only that, but Pascal drove me to my campsite! And when I realized that I had dropped one of my gloves in the shop, he drove back, picked it up and returned it to me, along with another pair for free! Thanks to you both!
