Cariad is not what we were told it was. My mother doesn't eat certain foods. We were assured they would have items for her to eat. They never had fresh fruit or vegetables. She has lived on items I ordered from Walmart. Not very healthy. On 5/22/23 we were told they are closing the facility and we had to be out by 6/22/23. Very stressful situation. I absolutely LOVE this job. The staff here are amazingly respectful & they care so much for the residents here at Cariad. They make sure that the residents feel at home. They provide all residents with the best care! I would personally say that the residents here are spoiled. Staff answers to every call & always provided them with what’s needed & what’s requested. This is such an amazing facility I could have asked for a better facility for my dad. The staff goes out of their way to make sure to that their clients are well taken care of and they always are there for the families and give us peace of mine. Especially in this time with covid-19 still make sure that we get to talk to them. The staff even let the clients Skype with the family. This is such an amazing facility.
