i went to visit my loved one, and was horrified when i saw the bathroom. there was poop ALL over the toilet, so much that it was also dripping down the front of it. it was horrifying and sickening. i am unsure as to why cleaniness is not a priority there, but I was absolutely disgusted, and am worried about what happens (or doesn't happen) when i or the rest of our family isn't there.
I cannot recommend the staff at Village Concepts enough. As my father entered into advanced stage dementia, we were really lost as to how to proceed. Originally, we wanted him to have a nice retirement setting with assisted living. Jennifer from Village Concepts was great. Giving us a tour of the facility, showing us the rooms, and explaining how Dad's living situation would work. We met with her multiple times, even bringing Dad to the facility for dinner to see how he would like it. Unfortunately, the disease worsened fast... read more

They were the most disrespectful employees I have ever seen. They called us in the morning and made us wait for an hour and did not pay attention.
