These people are garbage. Rude as fuck every time. Why do they even run this business if they're going to be rude to all their customers? I don't recommend that anyone go here for any reason. There are better alternatives. "The Vault" in Odessa may be a bit a longer drive, but they've always been respectful to me when I've gone there, unlike the rude, ill-mannered hillbillies at village coin...

Super rude people. Have silver that I sold elsewhere because they didn't want to mess with it. And said they will only take anything stamped with .925 and won't test anything. But mainly just rude people and there store policy's change about every hour on what they accept and don't acceot

I have extremely nice silverware that they had bought a week before, however upon returning I was rudely informed that they do not take silver. This was confusing as the sign outside and different employees their building said just the opposite. I was then informed that the lady looking at my silverware didn't even know what she was looking for and really didn't know if they were authentic or not. I tried to tell her they were expensive and questioned her, yet when I did she started cussing at me and told me to leave. Would ... read more
