Excellent and friendly customer service from the staff, clean foyer, restrooms, snack bar and cinemas. We love the atmosphere and popcorn. A family favourite experience always.
This is the best movie place I’ve ever been in
Came here with my Nan to watch a movie and the worker was so rude when she my Nan trying to explain how many tickets she wanted to buy. I was very upset because my Nan was being straightforward and the worker was the one that was confused but was still being extremely rude and to treat a customer like that is unnecessary and just so rude.
Been coming here since I was a kid, it's a pretty good cinema. They have lots of movie options usually and 5 cinema rooms with toilets upstairs and downstairs, even with a wheelchair elevator and access ramps. The outside of the building is in rough condition though and is in need of a makeover, plus the food and drinks are always very expensive.
It's a big place upstairs for most cinemas. Seat armrests could be better. They don't lift and padding is minimal
