The service is good and a very hard-working team
Advertised reclining seats. But our cinema had older fixed back seats. Sound lacked depth for the rear surround sound but front speakers were good. Picture quality was clear and focused properly. Theatre was clean. But when paying a premium over other cinemas, you expect better comfort during the movie.
