Staff are obnoxious and unhelpful All of the promotional items are priced higher than other cinemas
I came here with gold class tickets, expecting something nice and relaxing, all I got was mice scurrying around under my seat, running around everywhere and constant disturbance from the cinema staff being obnoxiously loud, I understand they have a job to do however please try and make it as quiet as possible, the mice were a big problem, don’t try and blame it on anything, it’s a big problem and must be solved. Whilst the staff were great before and during, having mice run around during a gold class movie is not the experience I wanted. When I told the staff at the end they didn’t seem to really care, so I suspect it’s not new information for them (as I can now also see on reviews that others have raised the same issue). It did make me wonder about the cleanliness of the other areas, including the food service. Hoping they will work to resolve it soon!
Sent a complaint on mice infested gold class cinema. No response. Please do not buy the gold class cinema tickets.
worst gold class experience ever- cannot describe how sickening the food was, never in my life have we had anything so repulsive.
